Does the price include delivery fees?
No, the price is not inclusive of delivery fees. Nairobi customers are required to pay a fee of KSh200. Our customers who are outside Nairobi are required to pay KSh400 for delivery.

Do you deliver countrywide?
Yes, we deliver to all corners of the country via courier services. So whether you are in Nakuru, Kisumu, Mombasa, Eldoret, Kericho, Machakos, Kakamega, or any other part of Kenya, feel free to buy from us. We will deliver within 24 hours.

What are the payment options?
We accept multiple payment options. You can pay via Mpesa, Direct Back transfer, or Cash on delivery. Tushop Digital Hub also accepts card payments. If you are in Nairobi, you can pay on delivery. If you are outside the capital, we may ask for payment before delivery.

What about warranty?
Yes, most of our products come with at least a 1-year warranty. We’ll talk to you about the warranty of the product you intend to buy. If a product malfunctions before the warranty period expires, and it is not your fault, it will be replaced/fixed at no cost.
